Andrew B. Ziffer, Managing Member
After several years of buying and managing rental properties on a part- time basis, Andrew left his full-time IT job in 2003 to build a Real Estate business. He has personally bought and sold over $9 million in residential and commercial Real Estate. Andrew owns and manages his own properties, including multi-family and commercial.
In 2013 along with his wife and a group of dedicated parents, Andrew founded The PHACE Syndrome Community, Inc. – a non-profit dedicated to serving individuals (and their families) affected by PHACE Syndrome.
While working in IT, positions Andrew held included being on the management team to deliver S1’s internet software to banks and insurance companies, including ABN AMRO, Zurich Financial Services, CitiBank, and State Farm. His assignments took him to various parts of the United States, Australia, England, Amsterdam, and Switzerland. Andrew continues maintain an IT consulting business in additional to his Real Estate business.
Andrew is married with a middle school age daughter – who is the light of his life. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Engineering.
Andrew also served on the Board other non-profits including the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association and Couples Coaching Couples, Inc. He is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and holds a Real Estate License in both Florida and Georgia.

Janet Ziffer, Managing Member
In addition to her Real Estate interests, Janet is a seasoned marketing research professional.
Janet has worked in the marketing research field since 1989, specializing in B2B research in industries including financial services, contract food service management, healthcare, and professional services. Janet’s marketing research background encompasses both qualitative and quantitative research methods that inform strategic business planning, new product development, and go-to-market planning.
